Business started to boom and he needed to bigger work space so he moved to Geelong Street, Fyshwick in the early 1970’s and that’s where you’ll find us today.
Mitchell’s Glass Works was, and still remains, a family owned and operated business that just keeps getting bigger and better! In over 50 years the business has thrived, we now own 3 large factories and have several qualified glaziers and office staff working for us. The team at Mitchell’s Glass Works are very compatible and work hard together to produce extremely high standards of work.
Paul started as an apprentice at Mitchell’s Glass Works in 1992, he learned and developed his skills over the years to become not only a qualified glazier but a manager, then an owner. Paul does all major tendering for the business and his extended knowledge on glass and glazing is second to none. He will face any challenge head on and strive for excellence with all projects we take on board.
Director / Accounts Clerk
Megan is a long term member of the team and has been managing our accounts since 1985. Like Paul, after years of dedication and hard work she is now a joint owner of the company. Megan’s knowledge in accounting and keen eye for numbers makes her a valuable gem to our company, she manages all of our payable accounts and is always behind the scenes making sure everything is up to date and running smoothly.
Administration / Customer Service
Emma joined the company in 2009 and is our most valuable asset. Emma will be your first point of contact with Mitchell’s Glass, from organising measures and quotes to handling all general customer queries. Running the office, managing jobs, and customer satisfaction is what she does best. Emma is happy to pass on any knowledge she has learnt over the years for all of our products and is always keen to give advice on any task or project you might be keen on starting. Recently adding to Emma’s work load and because of her attention to detail, she has become very efficient in the set up and organisation to all your Digital Printing needs – so come in any time to discuss your next idea!
Accounts / Customer Service
Karina joined the company in 2015 working part-time beside Megan and Emma. Karina comes from a very strong Customer Service background and is more then happy to assist in any inquiries you have. She assists in the day to day running of the company with a positive attitude.
On Site Staff
Kim is our man for commercial and larger scale jobs. He is very hands on and has gone above and beyond for the company – constantly improving his knowledge and skills. Not only does Kim install our commercial products, in most cases he makes them too! Kim is never one to shy away from a difficult task, he assess’ every job with care to ensure it will be completed on time and to the best of his ability.
Shane spends most of his time out on the road measuring and installing our domestic jobs. His attention to detail and people skills makes him a valued member of our crew. Shane takes a lot of time and care to ensure all his work is installed to the customer’s satisfaction and he will happily give advice and options if the customer is stuck trying to make a tough renovating decision.
Nathan is our other tradesmen who spends most of his time on the road measuring and installing jobs. His hands on approach and keenness to provide the customers with the best possible advice is what makes him a trusted member of our team. Nathan strives for excellent in both domestic and commercial work and is always willing to hit any task head on.
