Framed
Our Framed Balustrades are more commonly used in an external setting, to enclose a balcony, pool or patio area.
Using high quality aluminium that can be powder coated to the colour of your choice, our cost effective Framed Balustrades would be a great feature to add to your home.
The Framed style consists of a full top rail and enclosed glass edges but all the while keeping a space between the floor and the bottom of the framed glass panel so that a welcome breeze can still flow.
Frameless
Stylish and modern, our Frameless Balustrades are our most popular style and will definitely give people something to talk about.
Commonly installed using floor mounted spigots, this style is great for both internal and external use. In most cases a seamless top rail will need to be installed on top of the glass otherwise a stylish handrail can be fitted through the glass to make sure everything remains compliant.
If you are wanting a complete frameless look, with no railings at all, it is possible but there are a few limitations. If the product is being installed over 1m off the ground, the glass is required to be 15.04mm SkyView Toughened Laminated Glass. This glass is especially designed to be used in a setting with no top rail or handrail.
